A punishment appeal is a request to have a moderation action taken against you reviewed. This can include bans, mutes, kicks, and other actions taken by our staff team.
You can appeal a punishment at any time. If you are appealing a behaviour, chat or hacking punishment, you must wait at least 7 days or half the duration of the punishment, whichever is longer, before appealing.
This depends on why you are appealing. The appeal form will ask you for the necessary information. You must provide the punishment URN (Unique Reference Number) if you are appealing a punishment. This allows us to quickly locate your punishment and review it.
If you have been banned from the server, you will receive the punishment URN when you attempt to join the server. For any other action (e.g. a mute or trade lock), you should attempt to perform the action you are unable to do. The punishment URN will be displayed in the chat or in the error message. If you are unable to find your punishment URN, please contact a staff member for assistance.
