These terms of service govern your use of the BlockyWorlds service. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

Within this policy, the following terms have the following meanings:

• Service: The BlockyWorlds service, provided by RedEye Technologies Limited and CheatCode Media Group Ltd. Service includes the BlockyWorlds website, the BlockyWorlds game, and any other services provided, operated, maintained or moderated by RedEye Technologies Limited and CheatCode Media Group Ltd.
• User: Any person who uses the Service (including you). If you're under 13 or the age of majority in your country ( whichever is higher), you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service who must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
• Us or We is quite simple: it refers to RedEye Technologies Limited and CheatCode Media Group Ltd. We are the two companies that provide the Service.

If we refer to any of these terms in this policy, they may be written in any case (e.g. "Service" or "service"). We may also refer to something in a plural form, even if it's singular, and vice versa (e.g. "Service" or "Services"). Finally, if we refer to a gendered term (e.g. "he" or "she"), we mean all genders unless otherwise specified.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree to these terms, you must not use the service. We may change these terms at any time - if we do, we'll let you know via a message on this website (blockyworlds.com).

3. Your Account

Your account is managed by Microsoft, who operate the Minecraft: Java Edition service. We don't have access to your account details, and we can't help you with any account-related issues. If you have any issues with your account, please contact Microsoft.

4. Access to the Service

You have the right to access to our services as long as you comply with these terms. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you breach these terms, or if we believe you are using the service in a way that harms us or other users.

Access to our services are governed by our Rules and Privacy Policy. You must comply with these policies at all times. A moderator may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these rules.

If you attempt to access the service when your access has been suspended or terminated, you will be notified by our system of the reason for the suspension or termination. Attempting to circumvent this suspension or termination is a breach of these terms and may constitute a criminal offence.

4.1 Appeals

If your access to the service has been suspended or terminated, you may appeal this decision via our Discord support server. The decision of an appeal is final, and we will not enter into any further correspondence regarding the suspension or termination of your access to the service unless we believe there are exceptional circumstances.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the service. You must not use the service in a way that is illegal, harmful, or inappropriate. You must not use the service to harm us or other users, or to damage the service itself.

You must not use the service to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Post or share inappropriate content
• Cheat or hack the game
• Use the service in a way that is harmful to us or other users
• Use the service in a way that is illegal; or
• Use the service in a way that violates our rules or policies

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of using the service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of using the service, including any loss or damage caused by other users.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND CONTRIBUTORS "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

7. Store Purchases

If you make a purchase in the BlockyWorlds store, you agree to the terms of the store. You must be over 18 or have your parent or guardian's permission (and the permission of the account holder) to make a purchase.

When using the store, you agree to both the terms of this policy and the terms of Tebex, our third-party payment processor and store provider. The terms of Tebex can be found at the footer of any store page.

7.1 Claiming

A purchase on the store will not be available to you until it has been 'claimed'. To claim a purchase, you must be online in the BlockyWorlds Minecraft: Java Edition server and type /claim in the chat. This will present you with a list of purchases that you can claim. Once you have claimed a purchase, it will be available to you in the game.

7.2 Refunds

We will provide a refund on store purchases providing the following conditions are met:

• The purchase was made within the last 30 days; and
• The purchase has not been 'claimed' in the game.

7.3 Disputes and Chargebacks

Disputes and chargebacks will be handled by our third-party payment processor, Tebex. Tebex and RedEye Technologies reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you dispute a payment or chargeback a purchase.
